Photo Manipulation

Once in a while you have to rely on Salesmane to take pictures. This was a case of just that, the Salesman went to the job site in Florida and shot some pictures and as he was leaving he leaned out the drivers side window and snapped one more picture, it turned out to be a good shot, except that he cut off the end of the conveyor,

we really needed the shot, so I PhotoShopped the picture and added the missing part of the machine, changed the background, and changed and added the sky, plus created a pile of material coming off the now complete conveyor.

Later I doctored up another one of his shots for use in another Ad, mainly changed the sky and back ground for a more dramitic results.

Keep in mind the sky and background are added from another picture, for a better picture.

Photo Restoration

Here is some photo restoration I did recently of a WWI Soldier. Probably was shot at Camp Grant, near Rockford, IL. The damaged portion at the upper left was fixed and the tear at the lower right was repaired, then the picture was enhanced. Nice improvement.

Below is the same soldiers funeral, the top is the original, note the tack holes in the corners and other flaws, which have been repaired in the bottom picture, which has been enhanced and a vintage edge put around the picture for effect.
